CKS

Community Kit for SharePoint

The new vision for the Community Kit for SharePoint (CKS) is one of a long-term, community-driven project that exists alongside the official product releases from Microsoft, exploring and extending the functionality of the product while at the same time providing a set of sample applications, best practices, and reusable modules that extend and support the SharePoint community and ecosystem. Our ultimate goal is to be a primary driver and supporter of the SharePoint community as it evolves over the years.

The Future of CKS

The Community Kit for SharePoint is actively involved in SharePoint 2010. We have two projects currently underway for SharePoint 2010 and several more under discussion. If you have ideas or want to volunteer, please Contact Us.

Get Involved!

CKS is a community project. As such it is dependent upon volunteers to move forward. If you have an interest in helping out, we are always looking for volunteers. Don't worry if you are not a developer, we also need:

  • Testers
  • Project Managers
  • Documentation writers
  • User interface specialists
  • Graphic artists

in addition to SharePoint developers.

Commitment can range from just a few hours per month to as much time as you are able to give! Please Contact Us if you are interested.
